Getting Started
Sprint Plan
Overview of phases, timelines, and key deliverables.
Overview
This engagement focuses on reimagining the WAYN for Business experience to make it simpler, smarter, and more aligned with how organizations in the UAE interact digitally.
The goal is to improve the onboarding and authentication flows, redesign the dashboard and inbox experience, and rebuild the interface with scalability and maintainability in mind. The work will also lay the foundation for subtle AI-driven enhancements that streamline daily interactions without changing the product’s simplicity.
I’ll be leading the design and front-end revamp end-to-end, with ongoing input and coordination from Waleed, Michael, and the WAYN team. Backend integration and deployment will follow later with support from the 7X technical team.
